We offer USPS Priority Mail as standard shipping to all 50 states in the US and to Puerto Rico. In-stock items typically ship within 2 business days, Monday thru Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. Once in transit, the item will typically arrive to you within 2 - 3 business days.
We offer free shipping to all 50 states in the US and to Puerto Rico on orders $50 and over. Orders under $50 will incur a $5 shipping charge to locations within the 48 contiguous states. Orders under $50 shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will incur a $6 shipping charge.

We want you to love our stuff as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely happy with an item, we will accept your request for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please contact us at email@example.com and we will work with you to get the matter resolved.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless we made a mistake (for example, we sent you the wrong size or the wrong item). All returns and exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition. Items that have been laundered, altered in any way, or damaged in any way by the customer (for example, make-up stains) cannot be accepted for return or exchange. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping, so we recommend you use a carrier that will provide tracking and insurance.
If you request a refund, when we receive the returned item and determine that it meets our return criteria outlined above, the value of your returned item will be credited back with the original form of payment. We will only refund the original shipping charge if we made a mistake on the item we sent to you. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1 - 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
If you request an exchange, when we receive the returned item and determine that it meets our return criteria outlined above, we will immediately process your request and ship the new item to you. You may see a new charge on your credit card statement for the value of the replacement item but the value of your returned item will be credited back (usually within 2 weeks). We do not refund the original shipping charge on exchanges. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size or style, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.
